I'm a singer-songwriter who plays keys and acoustic guitar. I'm a tenor who grew up singing harmony with his family in a Gospel group and I'm usually hired for sessions and touring as a keyboardist who can sing harmony with almost anyone.

BUCK JOHNSON BIO
Singer/songwriter/musician Buck Johnson currently is the keyboardist and backing vocalist for the legendary rock band Aerosmith and The Hollywood Vampires. He hails from the back roads of Shady Grove, Alabama, just outside Birmingham where he grew up singing Gospel throughout the South with his musical family. Since then he has performed in churches, bars, festivals and concert halls throughout the world.
After moving to Los Angeles, CA, Buck had the privilege to tour and record with such notable artists as The Doobie Brothers, Matthew Sweet, Tal Bachman, John Waite, Shawn Mullins, The Thorns, Timothy B. Schmit of the Eagles and many more.
In 2006 Buck and his wife Kym moved back South to Nashville where he joined the Country band Whiskey Falls which released it's debut album in 2007 on Midas Records and featured the Country Top 40 single "Last Train Running".
As a songwriter, Buck co-wrote the international hit single for Carlos Santana “Just Feel Better” featuring Steven Tyler. Buck also has placed numerous songs in T.V. and film.
Buck is planning to release his latest album which he produced and was mixed by Trina Shoemaker (Queens Of The Stone Age, Sheryl Crow, Brandi Carlile). The 10 song album features Brad Whitford of Aerosmith on lead guitar on 2 songs, and the co-writing team of Buck and Charlie Midnight (James Brown, Joe Cocker, Joni Mitchell).
