Derrick Whiteside Is a multifaceted bassist well -versed in Rock, Pop, Blues, Country, Motown and Contemporary Christian with years of live and studio experience. Starting at a young age playing for church services and youth groups Derrick displayed natural musicianship and a confident stage presence. Now in his 20's Derrick has played every where from the blues bars of Chicago to the main stages of CMA fest in Nashville. Derrick has had the pleaser to share the stage with some of the finest musicians Nashville has to offer. Live he aims bring energy and passion to every performance and in the studio he seeks to "serve the song" bringing tasteful and creative ideas to every track.
