Martin Motnik is a German-born bassist and studio musician, best known as the bassist for the heavy metal band Accept.
Motnik has made two solo albums that include instrumental songs varying in styles from melodic rock, jazz, and classical music, with guest musicians Joe Satriani, Gregg Bissonette, Frank Gambale, Jennifer Batten, Derek Sherinian, Walfredo Reyes Jr., and more.
He has played on over 1,000 recordings, alongside Hal Blaine, Don Randi, Michael Landau, Gregg Bissonette, Kenny Aronoff, Chris Slade, Marco Minnemann, and Chad Wackerman.
